We are a licensed roofing contractor in the state of California and I am a Certified Home Inspector. Did you know that here in California there is no governing body or license requirements that home inspectors must obtain or follow. Because of this that means anyone can become a home inspector. Now ask yourself this question:  Do you want just anyone inspecting your home that has no training or education in the home inspection industry? 

 

I am proud to state that I have been trained and certified by: (AHIT) American Home Inspection Training Institute. Id #0801165. We have also been certified by (INTERNACHI) International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Id #09070608. You can verify this by clicking on the link below. INTERNACHI is the nation’s largest home inspection association and requires you to pass many tests before you can become a member. Once a member you must continue to educate yourself and follow the standards of practice they have set for all members. I also bring my 15 years of construction experience to each inspection.
